We’re proceeding with the GSF conversion in the air cleaner box configuration that everyone dreams of.
A true Inazuma that runs properly! I’m filled with that sentiment (*´ω｀*)

Is the Inazuma 1200’s filter opening diameter lacking?

I rode the Inazuma 1200 as-is. For now anyway.
It came on strong, but I wonder if this is normal… No, that doesn’t seem right.

So, experiencing everything firsthand! I tried the standard GSX1400 filter in a wide-open configuration.

You can see the wide-open configuration with your own eyes! Interestingly, the response improved immediately. My expectations have skyrocketed.

Of course, you can’t just bolt it on as-is.

The rear generator regulator needs urgent attention!

A rear generator on a motorcycle is… quite rare in modern times.
In other words, there’s a high possibility it won’t be supplied anymore.

Depending on mileage, if you replace it now, it’ll probably last your lifetime.
It’s too late once it breaks, so grab one while you can.

Position concerns are really difficult, aren’t they?
It’s tough to give advice, so I don’t touch on it much…

Deciding where you want the handlebar/steps/seat positioned makes things clearer.
If you don’t have any particular complaints, just keep riding as-is.
You’ll start to see things more clearly.

It’s not that simple, and there are various side effects.

First, the shift and kickstand are too close together, and my foot won’t fit.
This step doesn’t feel permanent, so I’m going to bend the kickstand with induction heating.

The plate contacts the frame heavily, so I’ll offset it forward.
The brake light switch won’t work with the Inazuma version.
The stock master rod is missing, so I’m sourcing one.

I also disassembled the pedal once to clean and lubricate it.
