When I’m doing the wiring work“I feel like I’m making zero progress”
In my mind I’m actually making considerable progress, but visually it doesn’t look like it at all….
Today as wellI’m crawling forward (*´ω`*)
Let me check the inside of the sprocket cover

It looks loose in the picture…. definitely.
I’ll check it just to be safe.

As expected! Since everything is being reused, I bent it three times.
It’s reassuring to bend it in at least two places~

I checked the clutch release one-two, cleaned it up and reassembled it.
It should probably go in a better direction… it’s the thought that counts…

The generator connectors were in good condition so I reused them.
Post-insertion mesh braiding is really convenient~
Wait! Europe?

You have such maniacal parts~(*´ω`*)
It’s practically brand new~ so cool…

When I tried to replace it, the wiring was almost broken. Lucky?
This is how I’m eliminating issues one by one.
I thought about repairing it from the valve receiver side… but it was a bit risky so I spliced it in the middle *Both wires

Oh wow! That’s cool!
I’m a stock rear fender person!
I like this kind of understated spec.
Installing a headlight relay

Since it has a stock carb/air cleaner box, it’s incredibly difficult.

- Headlight Relay
- D-UNIT WR
At first I thought it wouldn’t fit, but somehow it worked out (*´ω`*)

I prefer to line up electrical components!
It somehow feels more organized…

I cut everything, so it’s outside the warranty coverage
Making it as short and thin as possible makes it go smoothly.
To be continued.
