Continuing with the Bandit 1200 K6.
I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off with the wheel bearing movement.
It bothered me, it really bothered me.
So I took the bearing out to have a look.
There was barely any play in it.
Even with the seal removed, it didn’t help.
Hmm, time for a replacement?
I went to Sanitra to pick one up.
I spun the new ones in the shop, and every single one felt different. Must be manufacturing variation.
Even with the seal off, no change. It’s a non-contact type, but it seems to touch slightly.
I lubricated the lip section and thought, “Oh, that’s much better!”
Then I installed it.
“Oh, that’s much better!”
And that was that.
What am I even doing? Seriously…
Sigh.
