I finally got to see the actual NCR oil cooler with its quite sharp design.
It’s a 900SS. Brembo semi-radial, hose fabrication, caliper and release overhaul, and NCR oil cooler installation.
The throttle cable feels a bit tight. For now I’ll make the hose and then figure it out.
I thought the upper frame bracket would need to be cut and vented, but it looks like it might work out.
The choke lever on the left side uses an unusual method where it’s fixed to the master. In the end, neither side is quite right. We’re still wondering what to do about the tank bracket.
Marquardt It’s a very effective switch. Things that don’t need to be fixed with bolts can be simplified like this to boost efficiency, save weight, and reduce material.
