When you remove the accumulated chain oil from inside the sprocket cover, you’ll find a clean surface underneath.
It’s heat-resistant and has that sticky quality that doesn’t easily wash away with light oils. That’s how it quietly protects things.
It’s reassuring to lock the drive sprocket lock washers in two or more places
It’s now a 520 black chain (*´ω｀*)
Next, I check if the left and right chain adjusters are about the same and we’re done~
