I keep all three in the attachment box

The head and rod are disassembled each time
It’s a bit of work but allows for space-saving storage

Of course it’s also compact for transport
I think it’s really GOOD.

When you buy a Makita grass cutter
a “huge bag”
comes with it, and it has large capacity
but if you overstuff itit becomes extremely heavy and sits poorly

I think it’s better to keep things as square and organized as possible

I’ve mentioned this before
I’ve made the fixing bolts quick-release

Reducing the number of tools needed makes things easier

Next, the high-power type
scissor-type in two lengths, short and long

The cutting ability is quite sharp
easily handles grass around 10mm diameter
Trees are a bit difficult

You can swing it like a chip saw to cut densely grown grass

The downside is it’s somewhat heavy
However
compared to a chip sawyou can work from a distance and more safely
so it’s reassuring.
Aside from the weight, it’s quite excellent

For the second attachment
I would personally buy the long version A-61232

The scissor-type works by having upper and lower blades reciprocate
to cut

As long as they don’t get pinched, injuries are unlikely
Since it’s a blade, cleaning after each use is essential

If left as is it will rust terribly
spray no-touch cleanerwipe it down
apply lubricating oil and you’re done
it becomes clean in an instant.

Maintaining sharpness through daily care is very important
