Work finished and time for a test ride! ♪
The L-type runs surprisingly well! Hmm, interesting.
I think it would be even better if I serviced the steering next…
Sputter sputter sputter~?
Huh? Out of gas?
Switched to PRI just in case
It got worse… what’s going on~( ;∀;)
This happens a few times a year.
Strangely, one weird thing after another keeps happening…
First, let me report on the remaining work

I disassembled the levers and lubricated them.
The clutch side is from this bike. It seems pretty stuck on there~

Whoa! The bar end won’t come off…
It’s OEM but has a poorly designed structure that spreads debris everywhere.
If you loosen everything, the nut falls off and retrieving the rubber is a hassle.
I applied some parts cleaner for lubrication, and like a 4×4 stuck in a swamp
“back and forth”
pop!
That’s how it goes (*´ω`*)

The throttle was making a grinding noise, so I checked it…
It’s in a condition you rarely see these days.
It was deteriorating and progressing…
That was dangerous.
I should order a new one… from M-TECH

Oil-cooled replacement parts department? M-TECH
Hmm… the GSX-R750L doesn’t have one in stock…
I guess I’ll have to go scavenge in the mountains.

Specializing in junk? Found good RK and J parts! But
The RK has an inner length that’s “long”
The J has an inner length that’s “short” And straight fittings
Hmm… life isn’t easy.

I shortened the inner length and remade the cable.
I was able to replace it without removing the carb, which was a lifesaver! ♪

I also replaced the air filter with a customer-supplied part.

Keeping the terminals clean helps electricity flow a bit better.
The main ground going to the harness is the upstream source.
It’s thinner than most people think.

I installed the Honda 55-yen part.
The shift rubber gets noticed more than you’d think…

I adjusted the carb synchronization~
It’s running really well now.
The #4 PS is stuck and won’t turn…

The tail cowl tab was about to break, so I reinforced it with Megmix.
It’s safe for now! ♪

The mysterious fuel starvation symptom appeared, so I checked it out.
By the way, on PRI only one side flows ( ;∀;)
ON and RES are fine.

When I switched to external fuel for synchronization… it went whoooosh
It was fine just a moment ago…
Hmm… it should be done ( ;∀;)
