GSX1200S Inazuma 1200 Oil-Cooled Katana Yoshimura ST-1 Cam Installation BITOR&D Shaft Replacement

I thought I’d be done just swapping out the cam, but…
When I read through the request again, I realized they also wanted “oil cooler maintenance” done (*´ω｀*)

It’s a hectic Sunday, but I’m making progress in between tasks～

I also replaced the guide on the head cover side.

I also cleaned up the breather cover nicely.

I’ll also replace the engine damper.

If you clean this area and lubricate it with grease,
the case won’t get all gritty.

I cleaned up the corrosion on the aluminum parts with a wire brush.
*It’s barely visible though…

The generator damper was in good condition too.
*I replaced it anyway.

I’ll also replace the shift oil seal.
I’ve sealed fluorine grease inside the lip.

I remembered a reflector that was requested a while back, so I installed it.

I’ve prepared everything for the next cam replacement.
The gasket just arrived, so there’s only a little work left.

I should be able to deliver it next weekend～(*´ω｀*)
