Machining is in its prime and looks great (*’▽’) Surprisingly useful…
The wiring is a bit of a puzzle right now… I’m keeping photos for reference.
I think LED wiring should always be thicker. When it’s too thin, crimping the terminals is a hassle and it breaks easily. Unless you’re routing through tight, narrow spaces, there’s little benefit to thin wire.
0.5 sq mm really does help.
Using connectors makes it bigger but improves serviceability. (I’ll do that.)
By floating it with a vibration-damping design, there’s less breakage, and since it’s inherently loose, installation goes smoothly. It’s all good (*´з`)
To avoid mistakes, I’m doing a modular assembly with test-fitting.
Spot welding is incredibly handy.
For now, the main structure is done.
