Enough already. I’ve decided to stop storing them in the toolbox.
It’s still temporary, but I want to figure it out as I build.

Everyone loves it? It’s STKMR.
With 1.6mm thick walls, it’s reassuring.
I’ve ordered this, so I want to move forward steadily.
For now, I cut the same piece from the stand side to 50mm length.
It’s great to have the right tools – I can cut just as quickly.
First, I’ll tack weld it and think about the layout.
As long as the receiver is held in place, it’s better not to weld more than necessary.
Mainly because it rusts more easily and it’s a hassle to make… that’s the stronger reason, I guess?
I cheaped out and went with 800mm, but it might be a bit short…
Should I buy more? Or deal with what I have? I’m torn.
