To make it easier for you to request maintenance and servicing, we have prepared basic maintenance menus.
Our maintenance menus, created according to your bike’s components and functions, combine the most effective items and are offered at great prices.
We also accept inspections and maintenance work not included in our basic menus. Please start by contacting us through our inquiry form.

Complete Bike Inspection & Maintenance

You can’t tell your bike’s health condition just by looking at it from the outside. You only understand the condition of parts once you disassemble it. We recommend regular inspections and pre-tour checks.

For new and first-time customers, the essential menu “Machine Conditioning Report“

This is a maintenance service that identifies your bike’s current condition and creates a service record.

Things like the chain size, link count / battery model number / brake pad brand / tire manufacturing date and so on
—surprisingly, you can’t answer these right away, can you?
Recording this information is the first step toward future maintenance, and it’s incredibly convenient to know these details.

Maintenance Labor Costs

We’ve made things quite a bit cleaner.

We’ve revived Deco Maintenance (Inspection & Maintenance).
We’ve refined it into a more effective maintenance menu than before.
We also create and store the “Machine Conditioning Report“ and provide it to you.

The maintenance is a light package. For well-maintained bikes, this is a necessary and sufficient plan.

Before you know it, “Your inspection is about to expire or has already expired.” That’s when you need urgent service. Basically, scheduling becomes meaningless, so
“Only when you’re really in a bind.”

You have a budget of ¥100,000 or more, so you can consult and request work accordingly.
This is probably the easiest pattern.
For example“Can you do an inspection, maintenance, and oil change for ¥200,000?”That kind of thing
If you’re unsure, go with this!
We’ll create a rough estimate, so let’s adjust the budget and services together.

Don’t know what work needs to be done? Haven’t decided on a budget yet?
That’s when our “Let’s Consult First Plan”
is perfect. If you’ve already decided on a budget, “Budget-Based Work & Repair Request”is better.

Free if the contract is ¥100,000 or more.
However, consultation fees from that day are deposited and offset at the time of work settlement.
To be honest, this menu offers little benefit to either party, but it was created to eliminate “consultation only” requests.

Costs related to outsourced machining work

Costs related to outsourced metal machining work

Customer Consultation / Coordination, Outsourced Machining, Round-trip Transport, and Storage Fees ¥33,000~ (tax included)
This is the labor cost for customer consultation, coordination with machining vendors, item/vehicle transport, vehicle storage, and confirmation.

Costs related to rear suspension outsourcing

Removal, cleaning, packing, dummy installation, and vehicle storage fees ¥15,000 (tax excluded)
When combined with maintenance menu requests ¥9,000 (tax excluded)

Response and costs related to traffic accidents

Accident vehicle intake/storage (2-month limit)
Insurance adjuster attendance/content consultation
Accident estimate preparation/content consultation and discussion
We may decline to accept vehicles without optional insurance or those with 100:0 fault ratios.
Above accident response fee ¥66,000 (tax included)
