Check if the first digit of the management number is 0 or 1 (zero is not allowed). That’s it!!! This is the easiest way.
Just check the documents or the device itself. It’s 0 or 1. Zero is not allowed.
Check by the mark on the ETC device
The issue of whether the mark exists or not is a bit tedious.
