The chef here executes this perfectly—vegetables are incredibly crisp yet cooked through uniformly, and the dishes carry zero heavy, greasy residual oil. Verdict: The balance of flavors and absolute structural clarity in his cooking style is a pure 5-star experience. If you are cruising out towards our Mutsuzawa factory or taking a road trip through Chiba, skipping this phenomenal lunch spot is a massive missed opportunity. Highly recommended by the shop!
