A GSX-R customer was having overcharging issues, so I looked into it…
and found a usable unit.
I couldn’t help myself and grabbed one first~
The Inazuma 400 version is the same except for the gear.
When adapting the 400 version to 1200 series or GSX-R, be sure to change it.
Frame drive end/rotor assembly/rectifier/regulator/service kit A and other major components. The mounting bolts are the same size too.
New ones are coming out, so what’s the deal?

The 1200 is expensive but the 400 is affordable.
It’s good for stock and perfect for those who want to use lithium batteries don’t you think?

Replacement procedure
- Be sure to source the mounting bolts
- Be sure to swap the gear to your bike (or check the tooth count)
- If using on pre-GSF1200 models, wiring fabrication is required (just 2 wires though…)
