GSF1200 Neck Barring Cover
Back in the day, I used to make these by hand…
Now that we have a shearing machine, it’s easier, but I’m not making them anymore.
Today we had quite a few visitors, so the work was just oil changes and such on the day.
The final spec is SUS304-HL finish.
The hairline is beautiful, isn’t it…
Positioning the hole is the most tedious part of this product. The burn removal after welding is such a pain.
But then I got to thinking…
What if I fixed the hole with Megmix? That would be easier, right…
Maybe I’ll make a side cover for the Inazuma 1200…
