I found something pretty interesting.
KOSO Mini3 Digital (Dual Thermometer) KS-M3-DT
This product can measure temperature at two locations.
I’m also happy that it comes with two sensors (though they may not fit in some cases).
The included sensors are PT1/8 and M12, one of each.
First, I’ll modify the PT1/8 to M8-P1.25.
The tightening will probably be delicate, so be careful…
I’ll source it from the blind hole on the head cover side.
Size M8-P1.25.
The usual oil pan side.
This one is M14-P1.5, so I’ll need to purchase an additional sensor.
I’d prefer not to mount it from the handlebar post if possible.
I guess I’ve grown up…
I made it using the usual A+B+C plan.
I sourced it from the top bridge clamp bolt.
For attachment, I used the usual 3M Dual Lock clear, thin type. This is convenient!
The indicator should be visible and I should be able to access the top cap initial adjustment…
This time I positioned the thermometer on the right side so the switch button is easy to press.
I’ll remove it eventually, but I think it’s an interesting item.
