Oil seal areas corrode easily.
Cleaning this area thoroughly makes seal installation smooth and prevents re-corrosion of the clip.

It cleans up quickly. It’s all about the steady accumulation of effort.

Parts to be replaced. There was no compatible SKF option… (;∀;)

Replace cylinder bolts while they’re available.
Make sure they slide in smoothly for reliability.

A spring with 29φ outer diameter probably won’t come in again, so we went ahead and checked it anyway, just in case.

Since last year, we’ve been filling oil seals with fluorine grease.
My prediction is that oil seal life will improve… I hope it does.

We’re currently using MOLY KOTE HP-500
It’s extremely expensive for general use, but at this price point you tend to use it carefully.
In a way, it’s economical… and it’s important not to treat it carelessly.

We added fork oil, performed a vacuum bleed, and adjusted the oil level.

The axle runout looks good too.
