We swapped them in for the inspection and ran a quick check with the tester.

When a coated bulb turns whitish like this, it’s reached the end of its life.
It barely produces any light output. And the result is…
And the result is…5,000 candela.
That’s a shocking number. It’s even dimmer than our Spacy 100.

This is the latest trend. You don’t need a direct-wire relay for your headlight anymore.
It’s already maxed out at 40,000 candela, so I’m switching the gauge to the lower scale.
We’re reading close to 48,000 candela. I’d say it’s actually putting out 50,000 to 60,000 candela.
