they keep releasing new ones…
This is Daytona’s Motorcycle-Specific Power Supply Lightning 15645.
The Lightning cable comes out directly at an angle (90°), so it’s extremely clean. Honestly, this is simple and wonderful.
Connecting in the middle = longer = annoying—that’s the principle of aftermarket wiring.
Being thin has the added benefit of being easier to hide.
If you’re doing the work yourself, connecting with D-UNIT+ makes things easier down the road.
The image is a lookalike, but they’ve even released Type-C now… (~ﾟДﾟ)

That’s amazing, Daytona! I’ve been thinking that lately. Handlebar USB really only gets used for smartphones anyway. This one is also laid out at an angle (90°), so it’s extremely clean.
If you’re doing the work yourself, connecting with D-UNIT+ makes things easier down the road.
There’s also something called Slender, but when it gets this small, just the wiring seems like the better option. (Type-C &USB)
By upgrading to these new and excellent products, your handlebar area becomes much sharper too.
I think it’s fine to remove the old, clunky stuff. Especially that cigarette lighter socket…
