GSX-R1100M. Inspection, SUS mesh hose fabrication, caliper OH maintenance, rear master OH and more

Well, well…
It’s a beautiful M-type. I mistakenly wrote N-type, and I got pointed out from all over the place.
(;∀;)

What if it was an N with M bodywork! you know? Since it’s old, it’s possible.

We’re doing this and that, but we’re making steady progress.

First, let’s start with the rear master.

Domestic parts are amazing, aren’t they? It’s extremely rare for brake fluid to leak from the brake. They don’t break that easily.
I think the changer culture is the progress of the world.

I’ve confirmed and inspected it. Suzuki is assembled, so it’s awesome.

I polished it and I think it’s more beautiful than new.

And so the rear master is complete.

Now I’d like to do an OH on the rear caliper.

We usually replace the caliper pistons.

Surprisingly, there wasn’t much corrosion, so I was relieved. (‘ω’)ノ

I polished the corroded areas thoroughly, and they’re now smooth and slick.
This will make it resistant to corrosion going forward.

I’ve inspected the seals and pistons, and let’s assemble them.

It’s subtle, but it’s now beautifully lustrous and clean. The operation should be very smooth now.

I made the rear brake hose.
It’s been a while since I’ve done a 20-degree side angle—kind of niche, right? Maybe not.

The rear is done for now.
