Front and rear axle shafts should be fine too.
Wheel bearings should be fine too.
Give some love to the spots you can only polish when they’re off.
Do the things you’d do on your own bike—do them carefully.
For a moment I thought about draining from the drain at the bottom and replacing it, but removing the forks and draining is safer, so I took them off.
It had quite a fragrant smell to it.
An emulator-type part came rolling out from inside.

There was a slight issue, so I took it off for now. I added the emulator portion and made a spacer. I didn’t have the materials, so I used steel. (^^♪ I think it’s probably a distance spacer.
Vacuum bleed thoroughly to remove air, and assemble the narrow forks carefully, checking details as you go.
I cleaned the brake calipers. All operations are smooth.
I replaced the fluid and degreased the discs. That’s all for today.
