They look similar, but… there are subtle differences, so please be careful.
PCD 110 mm / center bore 89 mm / 10φ – 5 holes
You can mount it on the wheel, but… parts are still available, though somewhat pricey.

The differences are in two points. First, thickness:
GSX-R1000 220φ t = 5.0 mm
GSX-R750/1100 220φ t = 6.0 mm
*Regarding thickness, when using the same caliper, it becomes 5 mm. (Such as GSF1200, etc.) You can also handle it with a pad shim or similar.

Next, regarding pad contact width:
GSX-R1000 220φ 33 mm
GSX-R750/1100 220φ 37 mm
If you use the GSX-R1000 one with the caliper as-is on a GSX-R wheel, non-contact areas will appear toward the wheel center.

First, the early oil-cooled GSX-R750/1100:

If you use a GSX-R1000 disk with an oil-cooled rear caliper, it will eventually make contact on the inner side.
Back in the day, bikes like the GSF1200 were handled by switching to calipers from the GS1200SS or GSX-R1000 K1/2.

Pad friction material thickness is basically around 4 mm, so how you handle it is up to you.

This time, at the most worn spot it was around 5.6 mm. (The limit is 5.5 mm.)
I gave it a light honing for reuse right away. Since there’s a step, this is about the limit.
