I bet quite a few people have dropped their bikes by missing the rear racing stand…
Basically the height doesn’t match (they’re engaging the stand with their foot) or there’s a lack of confirmation, and so on.
Yeah, dropping it really sucks…
If there are no special requirements, even 5mm of clearance is fine as long as it’s off the ground. If you engage the stand gently enough, you should notice if something’s wrong partway through.

This is about narrowing the steering angle.
TIG weld on the stem side and then correct it afterward. I think that’s probably the easiest approach?
Since it’s aluminum, it’s easy to machine. That U-shaped stopper with poor clamping feel is a bit scary.
We need harness and wire routing that doesn’t interfere with steering.
That’s why I keep lifting the front to check it.
I wanted to illuminate the meter panel sharply, so I went with LED.
Single-type turn signal indicators often don’t work when you switch to LED turn signals.
Using a diode to rectify the signal solves the problem.
I also relocated the ETC antenna.
