Don’t you think motorcycles hold their value pretty well? Plus there are those dramatic reversals from rock-bottom prices… honestly, this is the only hobby worth having! That might just be what motorcycles are all about.
I’m happy to see so many beautiful bikes around, but on the other hand… am I the only one seized by a scary impulse?
Lately I get a bit nervous doing video shoots too.
I can see three seconds into the future, so to speak.
My pessimistic imagination kicks in, and I’m not sure if that’s good or bad.
Sometimes I get a weird feeling that I shouldn’t go for a test ride at a time like this… and maybe those strange premonitions are actually important.
The speedometer needle was broken, so it’s been replaced.
But apparently it’s been acting jittery again lately, so I’ll do a quick check on it.
The angle takeout point is worth noting—I lubricated it just in case. (NC100)
I also lubricated the speedometer cable.
Seems to be no issues… probably. It’s tough when you can’t reproduce the symptom.
Changed the oil to ELF MOTO4 RACE and we’re done.
Heading to inspection tomorrow.
