Rain, rain, rain… The good and the bad.
The good: not many customers show up. We can push back incoming work. Progress moves forward.
The bad: we can’t deliver bikes.
Rain is expected to get heavier this year too… Maybe we need to stock up on rain gear now?

We replaced the engine damper. The later-model type improves workability.

If you buy an oil-cooled bike (up to GSF1200), you might want to check the alternator connector.

We removed the alternator and cleaned underneath. We also replaced the damper at the same time.
It was showing some wear.

We lightly polished it with an electric drill fitted with a stainless steel brush.

With a solid damper, the engine sound should become a bit smoother.

The spark plug color is excellent.

This media is great! I’ve already ordered different grits.
Our shop’s equipment is always cutting-edge.

We applied Guncoat to the bolts.

The cam condition is good, and the inside of the head was clean. Reassuring.

We synchronized the carburetors and improved idle stability.
Next up is the ETC antenna relocation and USB to finish.
