It matches the bike’s volume well and I’m satisfied.

We tighten it together with the brake master and bring out the boss.
A stingy technique of combining titanium grade 2 at T=2MM to make 4MM (because I have limited scrap material on hand).

It flies a bit. Since this one is mine, I’m going with titanium as practice too.
We get it from the boss since there is one.
Titanium burns really hard and… it feels kind of sticky? Very strange.
Maybe I need to let more gas out… is the feeling.

L-type to L-type for solid racing.

It felt a bit weak, so I reinforced it. I have quite a bit of titanium left that I was thinking of using for the Z.

I even made the bolts titanium, which is rare.

Since it’s mine, I push to the limit even if it’s risky. (For customer bikes, you never know what might happen, so I’d want at least 10MM.)

For a moment I thought it was dangerous when I installed it, but I was relieved.

The step is cut and reused. I pull it with a Yoshimura spring short just in case.

The swingarm and spring are both tight.

The sound is very gentle. As expected from an E-mark. The stock is a catalytic converter assembly, so it should pass inspection as is.
