There was no scoring, but the contact felt a bit strong.
I advanced the cam chain by one notch. It’s basically automatic, but there are times when it won’t tension those delicate spots. Since the cam chain doesn’t stretch evenly, I go by the balance with how it feels when cranking.
After that, I shine a light and visually inspect for any abnormalities before closing the cover.
The synchronization wasn’t off much. All done!
