It’s progressing gradually.
Machining from a solid rod is a pain. But I don’t have any thick-walled pipe like this on hand…
I’ll use OEM parts packed together.
I’ll cut it with a metal saw and adjust the dimensions on the lathe.
I punch away to make something like a washer.
No play is the way to go, right?
That’s the result. Next I’ll cap it.
Done.
I made a collar to match the dimensions.
And there we have it—25 mm diameter!
