How to Request Service

We would appreciate it if you could follow the process below when requesting service from our shop.

1. Request FormPlease provide your contact information, vehicle details, and service request through this form
   At that time, please check our schedule to find available dates and times
   Alternatively, please call us at (03) 3718-7707
   (Please note that Mondays and Wednesdays are intensive work days, and Tuesdays are closed.)
2. We will get back to you from our shop
   We aim to respond within one business day.
   If you don’t receive a reply after two business days, our email may have been filtered as spam.
   Please check the “Spam” or “Junk” folder in your email service. (Especially if you use Gmail.)
3. Please bring your vehicle to our shop
   We will inspect the vehicle and discuss the details of the work with you.

   ・Please clean your vehicle as much as possible before bringing it in
   ・Please remove the top box, pannier cases, and other accessories before bringing the vehicle in.
4. We will contact you when the work is complete
   Please let us know your preferred date and time for pickup.
5. Please come pick up your vehicle
   We will explain the work performed and discuss future maintenance plans with you.

   Please pick up your vehicle as soon as possible after work is completed
   A vehicle storage fee of ¥900 per day will be charged from 10 business days after completion.
