Let me get the inspection ready for you.
Even with the relay installed, we’re barely hitting 15,000 cd. We’ll have to go with a fully charged battery. There might be an issue with the light collection first. Next, 45 watts might just not be enough.
I also replaced the fluid while I was at it.
After replacing and tightening the nipple, I spray brake cleaner on it. (Normally we wrap a rag around it first to keep the mess contained.)
I use a hose-type air gun to blow out all the remaining fluid.
This eliminates any seeping when the cap is installed. And sometimes you spot nipples in poor condition this way.
We’ll pick it up tomorrow and we’re done.
