Continuing with the motogadget motosign mini installation. The LED is brighter than expected—quite annoying, really.
With electrical work, always test operation first. Then think through the wiring—can you simplify the routing? Will it be easy to disconnect? Take your time and plan carefully before you start.
Well, it lit up without any issues, so that’s a relief. I spent quite a bit of time deciding what shape connector to use.
Anything larger than 040 is too big, so that’s out. I don’t have anything else on hand, so I went with 040-3P connectors—two of them.
There’s no orange wire, so I’ll have to figure something out.
