The customer requested installation of an oil-cooled slipper clutch.
We removed the standard clutch. There’s some discoloration from heat. Every time I work on these, I’m amazed at how power transfers so well even though everything’s covered in oil.
Simplified to two-bolt mounting. The parts list also shows two bolts.
There’s virtually no step wear, so you can feel confident about it.
Two types of initial spring colors are included.
If you change the internal spring, you can make even finer adjustments.
It’s held in place with just a C-clip, so the work is straightforward.
Installation went smoothly without any concerns, which was reassuring.
