Following last week, it’s sumo again. The May tournament runs through next Sunday, so today is my last visit. The next time at the National Sumo Stadium will be September.

I take an unconventional route and walk from Asakusabashi to Ryogoku. It’s a bit of a walk, but it’s better than transferring at Akihabara.
Ryogoku is full of heat and energy. This time I’m being cheap and watching from the second floor. Same-day unreserved seats on the ground floor are already sold out. Even on the second floor, the price was oddly specific.
