Let’s perform carburettor maintenance. This time we’ll work on it as an assembly.
There’s light rust throughout, but it’s fine enough that we’ll leave it as is.
The slide valve is aluminum. And the float is plastic.
A comprehensive OH kit. I had the impression that some of it might not actually be usable.
Since it was a bit wider, I interpreted it as needing to be cut and used it that way.
I apologize for the bold text only. We checked the float level while
also confirming the actual fuel level. The surface wasn’t quite right, and the tolerance was wide—it’s a loose era, I thought.
We’ll install it tomorrow.
