Swaged brake lines require a bit of technique to install correctly. Make sure the hose doesn’t twist when you fit it.
Some folks install brake hoses themselves, but most of them end up with twisted hoses. You really need to watch out for that ★
Hanging the hose like a loose string—nice and slack—keeps it from twisting and keeps everything safe.
For now I’ve installed the brakes and got it on the ground.
The speedometer side doesn’t have enough clearance because of the fork span, so I’ve put a spacer in for now.
