Without any Katana parts attached, it really does look bare.
We started with an estimate, but since we couldn’t imagine what we’d find, we inspected the parts that were brought in while figuring out the labor cost.
We’re sending it out for frame straightening and inspection, so we replaced the front parts and set the stand so it can roll. (We’ll disassemble it again later.)
This spacer inner diameter size that’s common on Katana models is… what exactly?
It’s bent out of shape, so rather than fix it, we’ll cut it.
Our cutting tool is working great these days.
The case side looks fine too, so we’re relieved.
