Also fabricated a chair-style bracket. This one is a relocation bracket for the starter relay.
The sheet metal is thin and the welds are chattering.
Since the mating surface is plastic, we’re using push rivets instead of bolts and nuts. They’re easy to remove and won’t damage the plastic.
After routing the wiring we’ll be done, but we’re still figuring out how to handle the mix of Watani, boost KIT, and relay.
