We’re constantly wrestling with decisions about reusing parts.
I think it’s best to keep things as simple as possible with minor modifications that set us up for next time, and ideally look stock at first glance.
The hole turned out to be pretty deep, and I thought it might not work… The rubber modification will be a low-key approach.
