I’m going to skip ahead quickly!
We cut off the eccentric pin part, and since the wall was thin, we made an iron spacer and welded it.
We kept the click adjustment. We installed it and locked it with a set screw.
Seems like there are a lot of surprises lately.
We also replaced the clutch side.
The throttle got lighter too!
If you apply a little grease where the cable rubs,
it might improve things by about 1 percent, you know?
And the muffler too.
