Isn’t it a pain to scribe with that blue lacquer coating? Or is it just me?
I thought it would be awkward to use… but it turns out
I already cut up an old Shinwa analog caliper that I wasn’t using to make it easier to handle.
If you cut the inner diameter jaw, you can scribe even smaller diameters.
Maybe the key is this weight that gives it good balance?
I really wonder where all those 150 mm steel rulers end up going?
So I added three more of the “new 150 mm steel ruler”—it has easy-to-read markings and is folded so it’s easy to pick up
Pretty convenient, maybe?
