Inazuma 1200 Oil-Cooled Maintenance/Front Maintenance

 

 
We’ve been modifying the Inazuma 1200 to look like a Katana ★
Oil-cooled maintenance + fork OH, and stem check if there are any issues.
 

 
The wiring is looking pretty sketchy.
 

 
We pre-check the questionable wires and wrap them with tape to confirm.
 

 
The steering already feels abnormal just from pushing and pulling.
It’s coming in wetter than expected, so yikes.
 

 
It’s definitely wet.
 

 
It’s got a really uncomfortable feel to it, so please let us replace it.
 

 
We’ll install it! We say a little prayer before we jam it in!
A visual check of “is it in there?” is important.
 

 
Pretty much in the safe zone!
Even after working on similar bikes for ages, there are still ???
moments like that, so we learn every day to avoid getting burned.
 

 
We sealed it up nicely with NC100,
 

 
and we cut off the unused bosses that were slightly in contact.
The rest is Wednesday or Thursday.
