The customer wanted to improve the rear brake light switch…
It’s actually a tricky spot.
We secure it with a handy offset clamp vise and make an eccentric cam for switch adjustment.
With the Zagul, I still prefer a flush fit
This is how it turns out.
It’s easy to adjust, doesn’t get in the way during maintenance, and we avoid using nuts for the fixed part as much as possible.
I’m always careful with M2 taps.
I finally made a battery spacer.
As usual, today was another welding session where I didn’t get to ride.
After that, it’s just carburettor maintenance, mini maintenance, and clutch release to finish ★
