Alright, alright.
We’re getting ready for the inspection. ★
Emissions-regulated bikes are on the rise, and prep work is getting pretty involved.
Without a tester, there’s basically nothing you can do.
You might think there’s a tester shop nearby, right?
When you’re doing inspections as a job, there are tons of things you just can’t handle on the road.
That’s why we need to make sure everything is adjusted properly at the shop. ★
 

 
Headlights would be great if adjustment alone would fix them,
but “dim” can mean coated junk bulbs, cheap Chinese multi-reflectors, or cheap Chinese HID units
or harness degradation causing voltage drop, and so on.
I’ve swallowed a lot of bitter pills out in the field. . .
 

 
Right now, the catalyzed Cyclone is running pretty hot.
The standard limit is 4.5% / 2000 PPM.
 

 
Countermeasure 1: CO is a bit off.
