Z1000 Modification/Oil Change and More

The other day we finished picking up
 
from Aiyama’s place

 
It’s a Z1000 ★
 

 
I guess I can overlook adding octopus-leg grounds and LED illumination,
but it would be really helpful if they’d think about making it easy to remove the fairings and such for maintenance.
It looks like trouble waiting to happen, so lately I try to stay away from the battery area as much as possible.
 

 
We also swapped the spark plugs for iridium ones
 

 
The idle was all over the place, so
 

 
while we were at it
 

 
we changed the oil
 

 
It was totally crushed!
Oil changes scare me these days too~
Leaving it too loose isn’t great either, but stripping the threads by over-tightening is a pain.
All done.
