Z1000R Dynamo Cut Cover Machining

The Z1000R that keeps rubbing and rubbing
It’s on 17-inch tires, so we have to put up with some wear
The cover is already starting to wear through
So we sent it to Aikoyama Manufacturing for machining
 

 
They went all out.
 

 
The fork sags and scrapes during cornering, so instead of cutting it level,
we angled it slightly nose-up
 

 
Not much of a reference, but when the cover rubs, the sidestand should contact too.
 

 
It’s currently a prototype, so we’re planning to test it and then start accepting orders.
