The caliper is clean and covered in toothbrush grease★ Looking pretty good.
The shoes are fine as they are
The rear brake lever won’t return—a common scooter problem.
Cleaned it up and oiled it★
Oh! Maybe I could machine some grease grooves into it?
Nowadays the nuts are welded on.
That’s Honda for you! Assembly is a breeze.
