Inazuma 1200 Katana Engine Swap and 500 km Service

So here’s the 500 km service on Kiyoshi P’s Inazuma 1200 Katana.
 

 
If you leave it outside in the morning, it cools down faster ★
 

 
Off with the fairings
 

 
Time to readjust the valve clearance. It had opened up just a bit, so we’re readjusting it.
 

 
Well, at 500 km there’s no scuffing to worry about ★
 

 
The Marelli damper was shot too, so we swapped it out.
 

 
The Inazuma Katana is cut down a bit and has a short seat…
He wanted to try fitting the Katana seat temporarily, so we mounted it
 

 
Shifted the tail cowl back…
Ooh! Looks like a Katana!
 

 
Long though…
 

 
The original balance is better.
