I had a bit of time in the evening, so
I got our visitors talking with each other and dove in.
Since I couldn’t picture it, I went ahead and made a 1:1 prototype to start
and worked through the height, width, pitch, welding sequence, and any missing pieces.
Now that I have the approach and dimensions sorted, I think the next steps will go faster.
I’m going to remove the tack welds and reconsider!
