Next up is the carburettor.
Apparently it’s been acting up somehow… let’s see what we’ve got.

Besides #4, there was rust-like debris everywhere!!
All the O-rings around the area got replaced★ The float valve area definitely needed it!
Found two washers missing and assembly mistakes—some went on the bottom, some on top~
We transplanted the washers from a parts carburettor!
According to the manual, the Bandit manages fuel level by float height, but on this troubled bike
we had to check the actual fuel level instead. Ended up readjusting everything…
It wasn’t too far off,
and while we were syncing the carburettors, we tweaked the idle a bit here and there—and boom! It’s got that four-cylinder sound now★
