GSX-R1100 M/N Oil-Cooled Maintenance / Front / Bearing Maintenance

Well, the inspection is all done~
After that I ordered parts for everyone
and got quotes on the work
sent out various emails
handled payments by depositing to the account and making transfers
wasted time on the misprinted liability insurance from the other day, finally voided it and dropped it in the mail
packaged and shipped the packages that needed to go out
I was thinking maybe it’s finally time for lunch, but when I checked the clock it was already past 4 PM!
But more importantly…
 

 
M/N 1-1 type, here we go★ This one is incredibly clean too~
 

 
The cam scuffing seems to have decreased compared to the old days… or maybe I’m just imagining it
 

 
There was scuffing in just one spot—#1 intake.
 

 
Shims seem easier, but if there are five or more, valve adjusters might be easier~
The condition is pretty good★
